It's Elemental

Last night my fiancee, a friend and I went to the Elemental at Gasworks. Between the three of us, we plowed through more course than I could count. All of it was fabulous. And paired with equally wonderful wines. Plus the host and his wife (who is the main chef) were both great fun. It was really a Grade A dining experience.

Highly recommended. If you can find it.
